Meet Lydia

Lydia is a Psychotherapist and Sleep Specialist based In Jersey in the Channel Islands.

Lydia received her Psychology degree from the University of Worcester in 2012 and went on to complete a Masters in Psychological Research Methods at the University of Exeter. She holds a Diploma in Psychotherapy from the HGI. Lydia works with many areas of mental health including, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and phobias (to name a few). Through her work at the Women’s Health Hub and in her general practice, she noticed the volume of people coming to her with sleep disturbance. To enhance her training in sleep, Lydia completed further training in CBT-I (the first line of treatment recommended by NICE) with the University of Oxford’s Sleep and Circadian Rhythm Institute.

Lydia has seen great success in treating people who are struggling with their sleep and hopes to help even more people gain restorative sleep again.
